I I loved staying here. Kathy, Tony, Mark, and ALL of the staff were awesome! I told the housekeeping staff not to worry about doing anything for me. I left to go shopping, and when I got back, my room was spotless! They had changed the sheets, all new fresh towels ( even though I had only used one)! Cleaned up the trash I had scattered, just so I could have a relaxing day. I had a 5:25 am flight. When I got to the airport it had been canceled and they weren't able to get me a flight until the next day. I went back to The Quality Inn, even though I had the opportunity to stay elsewhere. I stayed another night and even got a lower rate. The pool was perfect. I had been staying at a $300/night beachfront resort for the previous 5 days. I stayed at the hotel because I wanted to be close to the airport. My trip had been a nightmare, literally! I am so happy and grateful to the folks at the Quality Inn for making my final stay a great experience! My family will be flying into Palm Beach in a few weeks and they will be staying at The Quality Inn!

We stayed in a King size bed room and it was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows wonderful. We stayed in other Quality Inn hotels before and what surprised us the most about this location was their breakfast. Unlike the pandemic-style breakfast everywhere (yogurt, cereal, etc.), they had hot food (eggs, sausages, bacon, waffle). It was really good! And on top of that, the friendly lady in the restaurant came to each table offering chocolate bars as a snack for our road trip. Great place, great staff. Definitely recommend to everyone, especially if you just need a place close to the airport.

Although this appeared to be an older hotel everything was in great shape and you could tell that someone cared about the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and I liked the location. I had to turn in my rental car and it was close enough that I was able to walk back although the general manager offered to come get me. The airport was only a mile a way and I was able to walk there to catch my flight. There were plenty of places to eat and the free breakfast was great. That morning I saw the general manager greeting people and offering to help with their breakfast.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathrooms could use a little work specifically the shower. They need need some up keep. Staff was extremely friendly, they still don't enter your room to clean due to covid but I had no issues getting towels swapped each day. The location was PERFECT to everything you want to see and do, Beach ( we did Lake Worth), casino (Coconut Grove), Clematis street! We rented a car used less than full tank for 4 days driving to where we wanted to go that's how close we were. We will definitely stay again if traveling to that area.
